Returns & Exchanges
You have 28 days from the day of receipt to return the item free of charge if it isn't suitable. Please return the item unworn with the tags intact and in its original cellophane packaging. On receipt of the returned item, providing they are in their original state, we will refund the price paid for the goods to the original payment method. Initial delivery costs will not be refunded.
Within your parcel you’ll find returns documentation. Please take care to fill it out completely stating the reason why you are returning your product and place this part of the form in the parcel. This information allows us to review and improve our products.
Once we’ve received your returned item(s) we will send you an email to confirm your refund, which will be processed within 2 - 3 working days of receipt. You can expect the refund to reach your account within 5 -10 working days. If after 10 working days you have not received your refund, email us at email@example.com with your proof of postage so that we can investigate your return further.
Please note, sale items are non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
For an exchange, simply return the original item free of charge as detailed above and place a new order the the new size. If you wish to discuss an exchange, you can contact us via the Live Chat by clicking on the icon bottom right of the screen or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
