Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return your item, you have 14 days from the day of receipt to return back to us. Please return the unworn item with the tags intact and in its original packaging. Please note, sale items are non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
On receipt of the returned item, providing they are in their original state, we will refund the price paid for the goods to the original payment method. The initial delivery cost and the costs incurred for delivery back to us will not be refunded.
Within your parcel you’ll find returns documentation. Please take care to fill it out completely stating the reason why you are returning your product (this helps us to improve our products) and place this part of the form in the parcel and place the address section on the front of the parcel. Send via your chosen method back to us retaining your proof of postage.
Once we’ve received your returned item(s) we will send you an email to confirm your refund, which will be processed within 2 - 3 working days of receipt. You can expect the refund to reach your account within 5 -10 working days. If after 10 working days you have not received your refund, email us at email@example.com with your proof of postage so that we can investigate your return further.
Items purchased in-store are entitled to an exchange or credit note unless the item is faulty.
For an exchange, simply return the original item as detailed above and place a new order for the new item. If you wish to discuss an exchange, you can contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
