Refund policy

If the item you ordered isn’t suitable you have 28 days from the day of receipt to return the item back to us free of charge. Please return the item unworn with the tags intact and in its original cellophane packaging. On receipt of the returned item, providing they are in their original state, we will refund the price paid for the goods to the original payment method. Delivery costs won’t be refunded.

Within your parcel you’ll find returns documentation. Please take care to fill it out completely stating the reason why you are returning your product and place this part of the form in the parcel. This information allows us to review and improve our products.

Once we’ve received your returned item(s) we will send you an email to confirm your refund, which will be processed within 2 - 3 working days of receipt. You can expect the refund to reach your account within 5 -10 working days. If after 10 working days you have not received your refund, email us at hello@verystylishgirl.co.uk with your proof of postage so that we can investigate your return further.
